Contact
This site has no e-mail address and no contact form; the way to reach us is the support link on our app’s listing in the App Store or Google Play, which goes to the same team that writes the CISSP practice items here.
How to reach us
Step 01
Open the app’s store listing
Any “Get the app” button on this site takes you to the App Store or Google Play listing for our CISSP prep app.
Step 02
Use the developer support link
Both stores show the developer’s support or contact details on the listing page. That is our inbox.
Step 03
Say which page and which item
Paste the page URL and the first few words of the question, then what you think is wrong. A link to an isc2.org page settles a factual point faster than a forum thread does.
Who handles what
| You want to… | Ask |
|---|---|
| Dispute an answer key or an option note | Us, through the store listing |
| Report an outdated exam fact on a page | Us, through the store listing |
| Book, move or cancel your exam; ask about results, endorsement or CPE credits | ISC2 — start at isc2.org; we cannot see or change any of it |
| Know whether you will pass | Nobody can promise that. The console shows where you miss, not a predicted score |
We read everything, though replies come from the app’s support channel rather than from this site. If you only want to know who we are, the about page covers it, and the privacy page lists what the app buttons record.
